Lucy Worsley的纪录片很有意思的一点，就是她很喜欢cosplay还原古代的场景，这个关于汉普顿宫的主题就还原了**八世为他的爱子爱德华六世洗礼的仪式。英国汉普顿宫的历史大致上围绕着**八世展开，这是他筹建的宫殿里难得留存后世的一座，也是他第三任皇后终于为他生下男继承者的地方。之前在看**八世与他半打皇后的纪录片时着重关注在他的情感关系上，对于所在宫殿的认知较少，现在看这片子才发现原来对他来说如此重要的时刻是在我之前完全没印象的汉普顿宫发生的。
