很简单的喜剧路子，用比较常用的喜剧设定进行故事的展开，性格的差异，爱情的消退，但是共同的目标—公寓。李施嬅的职业设定没有派上用场，她看起来和她的银行职业毫无关联，我甚至一度遗忘她是做什么的，在每集的单调剧情中，直到第八集突然回到她的职场环境，才想起来哦她是有工作的，情节和喜剧主要依赖于周边人物的推动，毕竟这对男女主角看起来被“困”在这个公寓里好像不能做什么，于是需要父母做、朋友做，这有点奇怪。唯一的优点是李施嬅在本剧的妆容实在太好看了，比起这个时期tvb那些花里胡哨又土又老气的妆好太多了，但本剧男性从妆到*装造型都一般，很典型的现代东南亚风格，也比不上新传媒巅峰期那些剧中的造型。
